Be Thankful

Remember your family and friends who don't really understand why you feel the need to go 26.2 miles, but have supported you wholeheartedly? Now would be a good time to thank them for their support and maybe do something THEY might enjoy. Take some time with your family and friends and try to keep your training talk to a minimum. You'll be glad you did - after all, if you alienate your friends and family, who'll be at mile 22 cheering you on and handing you those chocolate covered peanuts to get you through the last 4.2 miles?
